Itera Consulting owns support services and provides them to the customer. The services set is shown on the figure below.
Each service price is calculated basing on its cost for the full time employee. Each service has its own SLA which should be approved between the service provider and the customer.
All management activities inside the projects are performed directly by the customer. The service provider only makes internal audits to ensure that the processes and project organization fit the customer’s requirements. Also, the service provider gathers statistics and prepares the status reports.
The captive unit life cycle model is a module based approach. The model is flexible and can be adjusted to client’s business needs at any time.
The phases are connected to the maturity level of the captive unit. The suggested approach is to perform the Build phase while the unit is at the first level and start Operate phase when it gains the level 2. When the office comes to the level 5 the transfer phase is going to be performed.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

During the unit operations it growth its maturity level step by step. The process of the unit development should be planned and controlled.
